This notice explains what personal data Aphna collects, why, and your rights. Questions: hello@aphnatrade.com.
Who we are
Aphna is operated by Harry Cull, Edifici la Solana 1.1, Mas de Ribafeta, AD400 La Massana, Andorra. He is responsible for your personal data.
What we collect, and why

| Name and email address | To contact you about the founding list and, if you join, to run your account. |
| Your platform and prop firm (optional) | To understand who Aphna is for and plan support. |
| If you become a customer: your TradingView username, trading account numbers and the trades Aphna places | To give you access to the tools, place your strategy's trades and show you their results. |
| If you connect cTrader: an access token from cTrader | To place trades on the accounts you choose. You can revoke it at any time in cTrader. |
| Search results from Aphna Search, stored without any link to you | To improve Aphna Base. They contain strategy settings and test figures, not personal data. |
We never ask for your trading account passwords, and we never sell your data.
Where it is kept
Your data is stored with our service providers: Supabase (database, EU region where available), Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (email). They process it only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Founding-list details until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to remove them. Customer data for as long as your account is open, then as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@aphnatrade.com. You can also complain to the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA).
